If you appreciate value, selection and quality, consider these facts:Value: Rogers & Bell 'On Demand' new release prices range from $5.99 to $6.99. Non-new releases range $3.99 to $4.99, and TV shows are often $2.99 per episode.
Selection: On Demand's selection is limited to hundreds of choices compared to our ten-of-thousands.
Quality: On Demand's picture & audio quality does not match that of DVD and is noticeably inferior to Blu-ray on today's high-tech equipment. There is a downside to renting DVDs & Blu-rays. You'll have to get off your bottom, get some fresh air, and interact with actual human beings that smile and know a thing or two about film. Oh, and you'll definitely come across so many fantastic choices, your head could spin right off.

It is possible to rent DVDs without a membership by leaving a cash deposit. In most cases the deposit is $50.00 per DVD. For rare, out of print, and more expensive DVDs, a higher deposit will be required.
